Technical illustration: RF cable assemblies

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT

RF cable assemblies with defined connectors and lengths.

We supply and develop coaxial cable assemblies for antennas, radio modules, RF assemblies and measurement setups. Cable type, connectors, length and routing are matched to the electrical and mechanical requirements.

01 / TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT

From the connection specification to the cable assembly

We define the interfaces at both ends and select the cable and connectors according to frequency range, loss budget and available space. Connector series and mechanical compatibility are particularly important for miniature interfaces.

02 / TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT

The cable section of the RF signal path

The feed cable is an electrical part of the system. Attenuation, mismatch and transitions are assessed together with the antenna, frontend and PCB connection.

03 / TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT

Prototypes, customisation and volume production

An existing cable product can be adapted through different lengths, connectors or mounting requirements. Samples allow assembly and RF performance to be checked before defining the production version.

THREE ROUTES TO THE RIGHT SOLUTION

Develop a new design. Optimise an existing solution. Customise products.

01

New development

We develop the geometry, circuit and integration around your frequency bands, installation conditions and measurable performance targets.

02

Optimisation

We analyse existing samples and documentation, identify the causes of losses or insufficient performance, and implement targeted changes.

03

Product customisation

We assess an existing Sevskiy solution and adapt its frequency tuning, connectors or installation. We can undertake volume production on request.

OUR APPROACH

From requirements to a tested design.

  1. 01

    Requirements and interfaces

We clarify the frequency plan, available space, mechanical environment, supply, connections and test criteria. Existing CAD data, schematics and measurements are included in the assessment.

  2. 02

    Design and simulation

We compare suitable concepts, design the circuit or geometry, and simulate critical electromagnetic structures and transitions.

  3. 03

    Prototypes and measurement-based refinement

We build prototypes, measure under defined conditions and refine the design by comparing the model with the actual assembly.

  4. 04

    Design approval and volume production

We document the agreed configuration and test plan. Production support and volume manufacturing are agreed as required.

YOUR DELIVERABLES

Technically documented and ready for the next development step.

You receive a defined cable configuration with agreed connectors, length and test criteria. Available standard assemblies are listed in the online product catalogue; please discuss custom versions directly with us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Technical questions about working with us.

What information do you need for a custom length?

Connectors at both ends, cable type or available space, required length and tolerance, frequency range and quantity.

Are MHF1 and MHF4 interchangeable?

These connector series have different mechanical dimensions. We check the actual mating interface; a similar name alone does not establish compatibility.

YOUR RF REQUIREMENTS

Your RF connection: electrically and mechanically matched.
